Family and Couples
Therapy
Family and couples therapy provides a safe, structured space to explore relational patterns, emotional dynamics, and communication styles that may be causing conflict, disconnection, or distress. Whether you're navigating relationship breakdowns, unresolved tension, parenting challenges, or emotional shutdowns, this form of therapy helps identify and shift patterns that keep you stuck—without placing blame on any one person.
Rooted in the understanding that we are shaped by the systems and relationships we’re part of, this work invites reflection on how each person’s history, coping strategies, and emotional needs influence the dynamic. Together, we create space for greater understanding, emotional attunement, and more effective ways of relating.
Sessions may focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, processing past hurts, regulating conflict responses, and strengthening emotional connection. When appropriate, I may also integrate somatic awareness and nervous system education to support coregulatory repair and presence in the relationship. Whether with families, couples, or co-parents, the aim is to foster a sense of clarity, mutual respect, and emotional safety—so that change feels possible and sustainable.
